Building Support Circles

In this webinar, we discuss the need for community and having support circles in a family, community and psychological recovery setting. We discuss the inner, middle and outer circles. As well as the different roles others play in building your support circle.

Myira is the pioneering Founder of the Muslim Counsellor and Psychotherapist Network (MCAPN), an organization dedicated to supporting Muslim mental health professionals and clients alike.
Recognized for her expertise and advocacy, Myira actively works as a consultant and contributor across print, television, and radio productions, sharing her insights on counselling, diverse mental health needs, and community wellbeing. In 2015, Myira’s outstanding contributions to the field were recognized nationally when she was named a winner of the Mental Health Heroes Award, an honour chosen and presented by former Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg.
